Job Description
Lead end-to-end Quadient-based CCM modernization or transformation programs across multiple phases – planning, design, build, test, and deployment.

Job Summary

  • We seek an experienced Quadient Solution Architect to lead complex document composition and customer communication management (CCM) programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Quadient and its ecosystem, enterprise communication strategies, legacy modernization, and program management. Experience in migrating from Mainframes to Open systems and knowledge of CCM products (e.g., Xpression, OT Exstream, Documaker, Quadient) are essential. A good understanding of the Insurance Domain is required.
  • The role demands meticulous oversight of all aspects of program execution, ensuring seamless integration across legacy and modern systems. The candidate will be a pivotal force in identifying risks, implementing robust governance models, and driving innovation in CCM processes. They must lead with a strategic vision while maintaining a hands-on approach to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Define technical architecture, integration approach, and roadmap aligned with enterprise systems (CRM, ECM, print/email gateways).
  • Overlook the sanity of extraction Logic from the legacy system and ability to identify the Issues proactively, leverage automation
  • Guide Design and create Accelerators to migrate the template and processes from Documaker, OT Exstream, Xpression to Quadient
  • Design and enforce governance for template management, content modularization, version control, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, QA, Infra) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive solution delivery.
  • Lead a team of Quadient developers, testers, and interface with business analysts and product owners.
  • Oversee configuration management, change management, and production deployments.
  • Guide legacy migration initiatives (e.g., Documaker, Exstream, etc. to Quadient).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, coding best practices, and compliance/security standards.
  • Provide expert input on performance tuning, document optimization, and omnichannel enablement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire platform including all key modules (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Dynamic Communication).
  • Experience in program management or technical leadership roles, driving end-to-end delivery.
  • Deep understanding of customer communication strategy, template design, and document life cycle.
  • Strong knowledge of print/mail/email/SMS workflows, accessibility standards, and regulatory needs.
  • Integration experience with APIs, Web Services.
  • Legacy Migration Experience
  • Proficient in performance tuning, load balancing using Scaler and Automation modules.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range: $110,000 $120,000 Year
