Position Overview
RCB Industries is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with at least five years of direct, hands-on platform administration in an active business environment. This role supports our multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem—including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud—and is essential to maintaining strong integrations with Rootstock ERP, MuleSoft, and other enterprise systems.
The Administrator will manage daily platform operations, system configuration, user enablement, data governance, and cross-department collaboration. This individual will work closely with all teams across the organization to translate business needs into scalable system solutions while maintaining platform stability, data integrity, and an excellent user experience. This role is fully on-site at our Ball Ground, Georgia headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Administration
- Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, flows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Handle all user administration, including access, onboarding/offboarding, license assignments, roles, permission sets, and security policies.
- Maintain sandbox environments, assist with deployments, and support release/change management practices.
- Oversee proactive system maintenance using tools such as Optimizer, Health Check, and Security Center.
Service Cloud Administration
- Maintain and improve case management processes, routing, queues, macros, and service console configuration.
- Enhance customer support operations by optimizing workflows and agent productivity tools.
Marketing Cloud Administration
- Manage subscriber data, data extensions, automations, segmentation, and customer journeys.
- Partner closely with Marketing to build, implement, and maintain email campaigns and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure proper sync and alignment between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Rootstock ERP & MuleSoft Integration Support
- Support data and process integrations between Salesforce, Rootstock ERP, MuleSoft, and related platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve sync issues, mapping discrepancies, and integration failures.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to strengthen integration performance.
Data Quality, Governance & Operational Support
- Perform data cleansing, deduplication, imports/exports, matching rule updates, and recurring data audits.
- Maintain consistent data structures aligned with business requirements and integrated systems.
- Enforce data governance standards and documentation expectations across teams.
- Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and process mapping.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards, custom reports, report types, and analytics tools.
- Work with department leaders to deliver actionable insights that support decision-making.
User Enablement, Training & Support
- Respond to support tickets and user incidents efficiently.
- Conduct new-user onboarding, platform refreshers, and targeted training sessions.
- Communicate system changes, release details, and technical impacts to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Development, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Production, Operations, Accounting, and all other business and production teams.
- Translate business needs into scalable system configurations.
- Participate in workflow redesign, automation improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Support cross-functional system rollouts, integrations, and project deliverables.
Qualifications
Required
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) — must be active.
- 5+ years of professional, hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Experience administering Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Flow Builder and automation best practices.
- Experience supporting organizations with complex workflows and multi-team requirements.
- Understanding of integration concepts and experience supporting connected systems.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with Rootstock ERP or other Salesforce-native ERP solutions.
- Experience working with MuleSoft or equivalent integration middleware.
- Experience with release management, sandbox strategy, GitHub, or VS Code.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder, Marketing Cloud).

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and campaign execution.

Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site at our Ball Ground, GA facility
- Monday–Friday schedule
