As a Floor Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your leadership will help drive productivity, maintain high standards, and create a positive experience for both team members and guests. Here's what you can expect:

• Oversee daily operations: Manage and coordinate activities on the floor to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and inspire the team: Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to foster a productive and positive work environment.
• Provide exceptional service: Lead the FOH team and ensure that every guest receives the very best service and dining experience
• Maintain quality standards: Ensure that all processes and services meet company expectations and uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Problem-solving: Address challenges as they arise and implement solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with management: Work closely with the leadership team to align goals, share feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of experience, skills, and a proactive attitude. Here's what we're seeking:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role or leadership position.
• Strong leadership skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
