Wireless Sales Representative (339)

Base Hourly Salary PLUS Commission and Bonus position

Wireless Sales Representative duties:

Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up to date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting wireless devices, plans, and accessories that meet their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding
• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
• Provide excellent customer service through friendly phone etiquette and personalized assistance
• Support store operations by performing inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks
• Supervise or assist with supervising team members when required, ensuring smooth store operations

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience, especially in electronics or wireless services, is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math is desirable
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management
• Supervising experience is advantageous but not mandatory; leadership qualities are appreciated
• Familiarity with merchandising, stocking procedures, and grocery store operations is beneficial
• Must possess good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure an optimal shopping experience
