Job Summary:
The Contracts Manager is an individual contributor role that is responsible for managing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts for the organization to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support business objectives. This role acts as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters and collaborates closely with legal, procurement, sales, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including procurement agreements, sales agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, and service agreements.
Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate contractual and legal risks.
Maintain accurate records of all executed contracts and related correspondence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Advise management and teams on contractual obligations and rights.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard contract templates and processes.
Monitor contract performance, deadlines, renewals, and compliance.
Provide training to internal staff on contract management best practices.
Support audits and reporting requirements related to contracts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, corporate law, or related field.
Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and industry-specific regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience in defense and aerospace industry.
Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or similar professional certification.

Clearance & Compliance Requirements
- Must be eligible to attain ATF clearance (no prior felonies or disqualifying offenses)
- Must pass a drug screening
Salary Range: $100k-$120k
