Salary Range: $35, $55,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Doing the assessment on your own is a huge plus

Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, and claims in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and cancellations.

Provide information on insurance products and services.

Process payments and assist with billing discrepancies.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
