We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, enhance performance through data-driven strategy, and strengthen the infrastructure that supports our mission to deliver superior imaging solutions worldwide.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee procurement, demand planning, forecasting, logistics and order fulfillment for Del Medical. This role is ideal for a results-driven, strategic leader who thrives on building efficient systems, leading high-performing teams, and driving measurable improvements across supply chain functions.

The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement, technology-driven optimization, and supplier partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, supplier management, logistics, distribution, customer service, and order processing.
• Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with company objectives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and inventory control to maintain optimal service levels and minimize excess stock.
• Negotiate and manage supplier and logistics contracts to achieve cost savings and improve service performance.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement, order fulfillment, delivery performance, and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, finance, and sales teams to align supply chain goals with overall business strategy.
• Oversee ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Microsoft D365 or equivalent) to optimize order management, data accuracy, and operational visibility.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic supply chain team, fostering professional development, accountability, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, supplier standards, and applicable regulations while promoting safety and sustainability.
• Support strategic projects such as M&A integrations, facility expansions, and ERP system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including procurement, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven record of success leading multi-functional supply chain teams in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience implementing ERP/WMS systems and improving data analytics to drive decision-making.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve cost savings, improve process efficiency, and maintain high service levels.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
