Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Broiler Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in fine dining or food service environments. The Broiler Cook will play a vital role in maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook broiler dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
• Handle food with proper safety and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, and knives
• Support food preparation activities such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking areas throughout shifts
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Follow all food industry regulations related to food handling, safety, and sanitation
• Assist in catering events or special functions as needed

Experience

• 4 years Experience in restaurant or fine dining settings is highly desirable
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
• Culinary experience including meal preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations
• Skills in knife handling, food presentation, and meal assembly are essential
