Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and cared for during their visit. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the OpenTable system or Aloha POS.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling cash or credit transactions.
• Uphold high standards of guest service and hospitality at all times.

Skills

• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to create memorable guest experiences.
• Proficient in guest relations, ensuring all guests feel valued and appreciated.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or Aloha POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
