Line Cook

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes - Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen - Assist with menu planning and meal preparation - Help with inventory management and ordering supplies - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation - Follow dietary guidelines and accommodate special dietary needs - Support catering events as needed Skills: - Proven experience as a line cook or similar role - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Proficient in meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knife skills for food preparation - Previous experience in a food service or catering setting is a plus If you are passionate about cooking, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you Join our team as a Line Cook and contribute to creating delicious meals for our customers.
