Client Project Manager – Visual Merchandising

hands-on Client Project Manager
with exceptional attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude to lead retail installations and operations for our luxury brand clients.

In this role, you'll oversee projects from concept to store—managing logistics, vendors, and teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget. You'll serve as the bridge between creative, production, and client-facing functions, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communications, timelines, and approvals.

·      Translate client briefs and directives into actionable plans for production and installation teams.

·      Provide regular project updates and performance reports to ensure transparency and alignment.

Production & Vendor Coordination

·      Coordinate with print vendors, fabricators, shipping companies, and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality production of all materials.

·      Manage installation schedules with field teams and oversee on-site execution to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

·      Oversee logistics, shipping, and inventory coordination for materials and store rollouts.

Process & Tools Management

·      Use for project scheduling, task assignments, and progress tracking.

·      Utilize Salesforce for client records, reporting, and project documentation.

·      Maintain thorough documentation of all deliverables, communications, and project assets.

Quality & Reporting

·      Review production proofs and mock-ups for accuracy before final approval.

·      Create post-installation reports including photos, metrics, and feedback summaries for client presentations.

·      Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency within production workflows.

Qualifications

·      3–5 years of project management experience within a marketing, production, logistics, or visual merchandising agency.

·      Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

·      Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

·      Experience working with luxury or high-end retail clients preferred.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

·      Experience using project management systems. and Salesforce a strong plus.

·      Working knowledge of print production, materials, and installation processes.

·      Ability to manage external vendors and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

·      Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
