Redline Consulting & Management is scaling fast — and we're looking for driven Business Development professionals in Houston who want to grow with us.

We help clients achieve smooth start-up, commissioning, and operational readiness on major construction and industrial projects. Our team of experts delivers site management, SME resources, procedure writing, commissioning, and start-up services that keep projects moving and ensure a seamless handover.

We are expanding and have aggressive revenue targets by the end of 2026. This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial sales talent to build a book of business with significant long-term potential.

What You'll Do

• Develop new client relationships across industrial construction, energy, and large project environments
• Expand business with existing clients and secure repeat work
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close
• Partner with our leadership team to align targets, dates, and project milestones
• Promote Redline's commissioning and start-up services throughout the Houston region
