Overview
JBS is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, build, and support IT Service Management solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and related modules. The role focuses on scalable configurations, scripting, integrations, and supporting enterprise-grade implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain
technical design and implementation documentation
across ITSM modules.
•
Design, configure, test, and implement
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLA, and CMDB capabilities.
• Build and enhance workflows using
Flow Designer
,
Workflow
,
UI Policies
,
Business Rules
,
Client Scripts
, and
Script Includes
.
• Conduct
code reviews
, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers using ServiceNow's best practices.
• Work with
scrum teams
to manage sprint deliverables and prepare releases for production.
• Perform
integration reviews
, UAT cycles, and validate test scripts for service operations.
• Provide
technical guidance and architectural input
, ensuring ITSM solutions remain scalable, stable, and upgrade-ready.
Qualifications
• 4–8 years of ServiceNow development experience
• 3+ years specifically in ITSM
• Strong scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• Experience configuring CMDB, Discovery, and Orchestration is a plus
• ServiceNow certifications:
CSA
required,
CAD or CIS-ITSM
preferred
