JOB SUMMARY

The Call Center Representative manages the office front-desk, while greeting visitors and assisting callers with inquiries and issues related to our services, policies, and procedures.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promptly answer calls from clients, families, caregivers, etc.
• Document all calls per established process.
• Address and resolve the most frequent call concerns (e.g. clock in/clock out, call-out, absences, late to shift) without having to
