Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in residential and commercial spaces. The Cleaner will perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a safe, tidy, and inviting environment for our clients. Pay is based on skill and reviews. We pay for all travel, tools, and mileage. You keep all the tips.

Responsibilities:

-Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

-Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas

-Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

-Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

-Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap

-Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures

-Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations

-Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues

-Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper preferred

-Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

-Ability to follow instructions and work independently

-Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

-Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day

-Reliable transportation to and from work locations

-Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed (Weekend appointments not active YET)

-Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
