Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and service areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols consistently

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
• Experience in customer service roles within the food industry enhances your ability to connect with guests effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is essential
• Skills in upselling, sales techniques, and guest relations will contribute to success in this role
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately are required
• Experience with food handling, food preparation, bussing, hosting/host duties, or kitchen support is a plus
