What You'll Do

As a Water Restoration Technician, you'll work hands-on in the field to help homeowners and businesses recover after water damage. You will learn the science of psychrometry—how air temperature and moisture interact—to properly dry structures. With both onsite and classroom training, you'll gain experience using specialized dehumidification equipment, moisture detection tools, and other restoration technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Structural drying of water-damaged homes and buildings
• Precision demolition of damaged materials
• Assisting with various mitigation and structural repair tasks
• Providing excellent service and care to customers and their property
• Working as part of a strong, supportive team

Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to work in a physically active, field-based role
• Willingness to learn through hands-on and classroom training
• Experience in construction or restoration is a plus, but not required—we provide training

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
