Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to support daily real estate and property management operations. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with communication between tenants, property owners, vendors, and internal staff. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a structured office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for real estate and property management activities
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents, leases, and records
  • Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and tenant onboarding processes
  • Coordinate property showings, inspections, and appointments
  • Track maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
  • Enter and update data in internal systems with accuracy
  • Assist with basic reporting, invoicing, and office coordination tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all client and company information

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email systems)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a professional environment
  • Customer-service focused with a professional attitude
