Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst who loves turning raw information into meaningful insights that teams can act on. In this role, you'll explore complex datasets, build dashboards that highlight what matters, and help guide decisions across the business.

What You'll Do

• Analyze product and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
• Build dashboards and reports that translate data into clear insights
• Support teams across the company with actionable, easy-to-understand recommendations
• Take ownership of analytics projects from start to finish
• Help shape how data is used in a small, fast-moving team

What You Bring

• 2+ years in a data-driven role within SaaS, e-commerce, or a product-led tech environment
• Experience evaluating KPIs such as retention, churn, and customer acquisition
• Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting to non-technical partners
• Background in a quantitative field (Economics, Math, etc.) is a plus
• Power BI expertise and solid SQL skills preferred
• Curious, self-directed, and confident working with a high level of ownership
• Legal tech or law-firm exposure is a bonus, not a requirement
