Billing Specialist

We're expanding and looking for a skilled Billing Specialist to help manage the entire billing cycle, create and send invoices, track payments, and resolve any discrepencies, acting as a vital link to company revenue by ensuring clients are billed accurately and paid on time. This is an on-site role near Avalon in Alpharetta.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions
• Generate accurate invoices in a timely manner, ensuring timely submission to clients
• Verify and reconcile accounts receivable
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments regarding billing issues
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Prepare and submit various billing reports
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to accurately and efficiently process invoices
• This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (basic Excel skills required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
