Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Birmingham, AL. The Manager will oversee daily operations of the Take 5 location, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include leading and supervising a team of technicians, providing training and support, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with company standards, and creating a positive working environment. The Manager will also focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining exceptional customer service across all operations.

• Leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and coordinate a team effectively
• Organization and multitasking capabilities to oversee operations, schedules, and inventory
• Strong customer service focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle daily challenges and ensure smooth store operations
• Experience in retail, automotive, or service management is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Birmingham, AL
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education are a plus
