Roles & Responsibilities:

Email & Communication Management:
Monitor, filter, and respond to high-priority emails on behalf of the Director; ensure prompt communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Calendar & Meeting Management:
Maintain and organize the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel plans to optimize productivity and ensure alignment with business priorities.
·
Task Delegation & Follow-up:
Coordinate and assign tasks across cross-functional teams; track progress and ensure timely follow-ups on all delegated responsibilities.

Meeting Support:
Attend leadership and project meetings, take detailed minutes, capture action items, and drive accountability through follow-up and tracking.
·
Business Analytics & Reporting:
Support with preparation of performance reports, dashboards, and business reviews using relevant tools and data sources.
·
Presentation Development:
Assist in creating professional presentations and communication material for internal and external stakeholders.
·
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with department heads, vendors, and partners to support the Director's strategic initiatives.

: Handle sensitive documents, financials, and strategic projects with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
