Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and talk with clients warmly, creating a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, logging calls accurately and courteously.
  • Handle all front desk duties, including logging all calls successfully in company portals.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Google Workspace, and other office software with precision.
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members and service technicians.
  • Support office management tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email.
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed.
  • Manage clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and record keeping to ensure office efficiency.

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace for daily tasks.
  • Experience in customer service or customer support roles that require excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, data entry, and calendar coordination.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in service companies is a plus but not required.
  • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management skills in a busy environment. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour
