Network Operations Engineer

Required Skills & Certifications (Mandatory)

• Aruba Wireless expertise
• Aruba ACMA / ACMP Required
• Aruba ClearPass ACCX Required
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise wireless LAN operations
• Experience supporting large-scale wireless networks
• Expertise in wireless troubleshooting, performance optimization, and monitoring
• Hands-on with Aruba controllers, access points, and ClearPass Policy Manager
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and access control (NAC)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support enterprise wireless infrastructure
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, performance, and security issues
• Manage and maintain Aruba wireless controllers and ClearPass
• Support network incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management
• Collaborate with network, security, and operations teams
• Participate in change management and maintenance activities
• Ensure high availability and performance of wireless services

Nice to Have

• Experience in network operations / NOC environments
• Exposure to hybrid onsite/offshore team models

Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
