Support the engineering team by assisting with the implementation of corporate cybersecurity requirements into our home energy products Coordinate and execute cybersecurity validation tests on our hardware and firmware Provide analysis and report findings from your testing to the engineering team to support the development of secure code and hardened systems Develop and maintain scripts (Python, Bash) to support automated security testing and analysis Maintain open issues, improvement opportunities/roadmaps, release history for assigned features in Jira Track and report out on SW/FW development sprints in Jira Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor of Science/Arts in Cybersecurity, Computer Information Technology, or a related field with a technical focus. Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Possession of relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cybersecurity Certificate). Understanding of major cybersecurity frameworks and standards, specifically NIST CSF (Cybersecurity Framework) or PCI DSS (
