Certified Pilates Instructor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join Align Pilates in Upper Montclair, NJ. In this role, you will lead private and duet sessions, helping clients progress toward their fitness and wellness goals in a safe, professional, and supportive environment.

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, Peak Pilates, or similar training
• 2+ years of teaching private and duet sessions preferred
• Availability to teach 10 hours a week, Thursday and Saturday mornings from pm, with potential to expand
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, create a supportive studio environment, and assist clients with scheduling and purchases
• Ongoing personal practice and study of movement modalities (e.g., fitness, yoga, Pilates, dance, etc.)
