License /Certification
Required:

CA RN license

BLS
Education
Required: BSN
Preferred: Master's degree

Experience
Required: Minimum of two years recent clinical experience and/or experience as an RN educator.
Preferred: Experience in nursing education, staff development, curriculum development and implementation of multifaceted teaching interventions to varying adult learning styles.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to present formal and informal educational offerings.

Department Specific Requirements
If assigned to Administration-APN: The two years of recent clinical experience must be as a Registered Nurse in acute care setting. CA Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) within three years of date of hire/
