Business Data Analyst

Business Analyst/ Data Analyst to transform data into insights that can help improve the value of the Project Services.

Pay Rate:
$52/hour on W2 basis

: Avila Beach, CA (Onsite - 4/10 work schedule M-TH 6am-4:30pm)

You will:

• Develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization, as well as providing reports through office applications to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into meaningful analysis and support data-driven strategies for the purpose of executing the department's mission.
• Utilize data to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization.

Requirements
:

• Must currently reside in Avila Beach area (Pismo Beach, Morro Bay or San Luis Obispo area)
• Bachelor's degree
• Data analysis and automation experience (data transformation and dashboard creation)
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• SQL proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
