We're looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team
As an HRIS Analyst for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of our HRIS systems to ensure functionality exists to support the business. You will also provide project support and extensive reporting. This is a functional business analyst role.
Candidate must be able to commute to the office.
Responsibilities- At least one year of experience in HRIS using UKG Pro is preferred.
- HRIS experience with large scale applications such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft can act as a substitute for preferred applications. We are interested in experience using the front end of the system for configuration and using the software's reporting functions.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, especially Excel.
- Testing experience preferred.
- Report creation experience is required.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with teammates in different locations, disciplines.
- Ability to manage small projects simultaneously with production support, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Highly analytical with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes.

Experience & Education
