The Supervisor Clinical Therapy assists in the management of department operations, resources, and staff, to ensure quality patient care in accordance with department and regulatory agency policies and procedures. This position provides evaluation and treatment of patients in collaboration with a Physician or licensed Psychologist. This position assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with behavioral health disorders and/or dual diagnoses.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Oversee documentation procedures, record requirements, and reporting in accordance with regulatory, grants and accrediting bodies.
- Participate in HR activities for direct team members, such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews.
- Supervise the work of others, and manages the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.
- Teaches, takes continuing education classes, and attends conferences or seminars to increase understanding of mental, emotional, or behavioral states or disorders.
- Maintain good rapport with internal and external referral sources.
- Facilitate communication with community facilities, agencies and resources, and makes appropriate referrals, as needed.
- Complete behavioral health and substance use disorder assessments, according to policy.
- Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision to therapists.
- Directs, or administers psychotherapeutic treatments to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
- Collaborates with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals, to create and implement patient treatment plans and progress.
- Act as a liaison between staff, patients, and physicians.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family
Required 5 years Social Services
Required Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Preferred 2 years management/supervision
