Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting company growth and development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
- Experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and processes.
- Understanding of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
