You want to join a dedicated team of experienced professionals in the renewable energy field for a unique project campaign to expand leadership and service in the United States Renewables Sector.
YOUR CHALLENGE
You and your project team will be responsible for leading and end-to-end Operations and Maintenance Takeover of a portfolio of mid-life Wind Assets located in Texas and New Mexico. You will plan and execute a transition plan to transition from an existing service provider to a newly contracted model- safely, on-time, and on-budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong project execution skills, an understanding of wind farms and wind farm operations, contract and contractual process expertise, and must thrive in managing multi-stakeholder transitions while the site continues operations.
- Project Leadership, Coordination & Meetings
- Lead all regular project team meetings (weekly or bi-weekly), including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, tracking tasks, and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Conduct meetings with workstream leads to review progress, clarify actions, establish deliberate deadlines, and resolve barriers.
- Escalate delays, risks, or performance concerns; adjust schedules, float, and follow-ups as needed.
- Coordinate external meetings related to the project scope or individual workstreams; prepare agendas, take notes, and track all task items.
- Maintain clear communication flow among Operations, Engineering, HSE, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and partner stakeholders.
- Contract & Document Management
- Organize and execute all contracts relevant to the O&M takeover, including contract transition plans and any new agreements required.
- Coordinate contract reviews and approvals, including review by the Director of Operations and relevant budget owners.
- Manage and track all requests for additional costs, change orders, or out-of-scope work, ensuring proper approval pathways.
- Track open change orders and coordinate detailed team reviews to confirm accuracy of invoices, alignment with agreed rates, and correct scope classification.
