The Inn is designed to provide guests with tailored accommodations and elegant interiors for a relaxing and memorable experience. The Inn is known for its personalized service and attention to detail, creating an inviting destination for visitors. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate - Morning located in Bluffton, SC. In this role, you will be our go-to hospitality professional ensuring everything runs smoothly as the day turns to night. Responsibilities include: assisting guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs; addressing inquiries and concerns; and ensuring a welcoming and seamless guest experience. The role will also include answering phone calls, managing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction during their stay.

Examples of these duties:

  • Front desk operations, check-ins & check-outs
  • Guest communications and local concierge support
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and management
  • Processing payments and maintaining guest records
  • Light lobby and snack-area upkeep
  • Serving complimentary breakfast, with some light breakfast preparation.
  • End-of-day closing, reports, and night-audit preparation

Typical Hours

  • 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m./1:00 p.m.
  • Four weekdays
  • Some rotating weekends
  • Flexibility based upon occupancy

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Guest Services and Customer Service to deliver a welcoming and positive experience for all guests.
  • Prior hotel or front desk experience.
  • Minimum three years in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in managing Reservations and handling related administrative tasks.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work some weekends, holidays, and the occasional extra shift.
