Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations, team leadership, and clinic performance.
• Support staff development and ensure patient experience exceeds expectations.
• Take ownership of goals, accountability, and team motivation.
• Help drive growth through organization, communication, and leadership excellence.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and POS transactions.
• Step in to lead when needed-this role is for someone who is ready to rise.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic and increase clinic traffic.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.

Skills

• Experience in management, healthcare, or sales is a plus (but not required).
• Strong organizational, communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
• Dependable and self-motivated individual with strong leadership instincts.
• Positive, driven mentality - no excuses, just solutions.
• Team player who can also take initiative and confidently lead others.
• Ability to handle negotiations and demonstrate effective sales techniques.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
