This role is a Strategy & Special Projects Program Manager, part of the Global Infrastructure Sourcing & Planning organization. This is an individual contributor role that will provide direct executive support to plan and executive on strategic initiatives and special projects spanning energy sourcing, data center sourcing, government affairs and more. The team is expanding, and we need strong contributors to help drive unprecedented growth at OCI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help define and deliver complex strategic initiatives with competing priorities by influencing roadmaps and priorities of key stakeholders
- Set goals across teams and work to define a plan that gets you there
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards.
- Provide on-going written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
- 10+ years' experience in strategic planning and execution
