Infrastructure Engineer
to design and operate the core systems that keep their platform reliable, fast, and scalable.

You'll work across product, research, and engineering teams to ensure the company's infrastructure can support the needs of global enterprise customers. This is a rare opportunity to own systems at the intersection of AI, distributed infrastructure, and performance engineering.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement critical infrastructure services with strong SLOs, clear runbooks, and actionable telemetry.
• Partner with research and product teams to architect scalable solutions and deploy new features.
• Optimize service latencies and system performance (CPU, memory, I/O, networking, caching).
• Evolve CI/CD pipelines, golden paths, and self-service tooling to boost developer velocity and safety.
• Support customer deployments with robust observability, reliability, and upgrade processes.
• Lead infrastructure-as-code and GitOps practices, automating everything possible.
• Participate in on-call rotations and continuously drive down operational toil.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years
  of experience building and operating production infrastructure at scale.
• Experience working during high-growth phases at a fast-moving company.
• Strong foundation in
  cloud, core, data, or ML infrastructure
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, or AKS)
  and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Degree in
  Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  from a top university.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex designs clearly.
• Must be willing to work
  on-site in San Francisco (5 days/week)
  .
