Cleaning Lead

As our Cleaning Lead, you'll play a key role in upholding our high standards across residential homes, apartment complexes, and commercial properties. This position involves training and supporting the team, and serving as the go-to person for all things related to quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning Duties

2. Perform daily cleaning assignments as the primary function of this role, with the majority of time spent actively cleaning as a main function of this role.

3. Quality Control & Inspections

4. Conduct final quality control checks to ensure all cleaning meets company standards.

5. Re-clean areas that do not meet quality expectations.
6. Communicate inspection results and provide constructive feedback to employees.

7. Report quality concerns and corrective measures to management promptly.

8. Contractor & Employee Management

9. Uphold company values and standards by managing and correcting employee performance and behavior.

10. Communication & Coordination

11. Clearly convey quality expectations to employees.

12. Maintain effective communication throughout the workday to ensure alignment between teams.

13. Training & Onboarding

14. Train new employees in cleaning procedures and quality standards.

15. Provide ongoing support to employees to reinforce training and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning industry, particularly with residential cleans.
• You do NOT need management experience, we will give you the support and training you need to succeed in this role
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead with empathy and positivity.
• Comfortable driving between multiple locations daily.

Additional Requirements

• Reliable Vehicle and a Valid Driver's License (essential for travel between assignments).

Typical Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend shifts are occasionally available if seeking additional hours (but not required).
