Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in the Greater Houston area. The Business Development Manager will oversee client relationship management, conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, fostering customer and partner relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue objectives. The role will also require maintaining a strong understanding of the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify areas for expansion.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop new business aligned with boiler/mechanical services


• Build and manage long-term client partnerships


• Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategies


• Analyze market trends and competitor activity


• Coordinate with internal teams to align services and proposals


• Represent GCB at industry events and networking functions


• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals


• Track sales activity using CRM and report progress
