Primary Purpose
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the HR department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating HR programs and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Essential Functions

  • Provide s responsive and professional support to employees and managers across a range of HR-related inquiries.
  • Maintain s and update s employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Support s the execution of HR programs, policies and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure s compliance with applicable labor laws , regulations and internal policies .
  • Assist s in the coordination and communication of HR processes.
  • Monitor s and enhance s internal HR processes by gathering feedback and aligning w ith evolving organizational needs.
  • Generate s regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and strategy alignment for the HR department.
  • Contribute s to both scheduled and ad hoc audits, as well as data validation initiatives, to ensure accuracy, and compliance.
  • Participate s in continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline HR operations.
  • Maintain s confidentiality and handle s sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to team goals and organizational success.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Knowledge of HR principles and employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity and experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS– preferably iCIMS ) and HRIS systems (preferably UKG).
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
