Responsibilities

• Assist customers in product improvement and upgrades, answer questions, and offer personalized product recommendations
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities
• Process accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Maintain merchandise presentation through merchandising, stocking, and organizing shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environment
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock checks
• Demonstrate excellent customer service etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers in person
• Promote daily promotions and upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies at all times

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for those interested in leadership growth, but not necessary
• Familiarity with basic math and retail math calculations
• Excellent customer service skills that create positive interactions
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude
• Basic understanding of store safety protocols and inventory management practices
