Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee development, and relationship management. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
• Manage employee evaluations and performance review processes.
• Support training development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Utilize HR software systems for tracking candidates and managing HR data.
• Maintain accurate independent contractors records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Foster strong relationships with employees \ independent contractors, promote engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Assist in the administration of payroll.
• Assist in staffing independent contractors for clients.

• Proven experience in human resources or related fields is preferred.
• Strong skills in relationship management and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are a must.
• Knowledge of best practices in internal recruiting, interviewing techniques, and onboarding processes.
