Series A | B2B SaaS | Data Implementation & Analytics
About the Role
Join a fast-growing Series A startup building a metrics-first finance and billing platform for B2B SaaS companies. The product enables leaders to invoice customers, track accounting revenue, and understand ARR in one place—no matter how complex the contracts are.
This role sits on the Data Solutions team and is the
first point of contact for new customers
after they sign. You'll lead them through
complex, data-heavy implementations
, ensuring their ARR metrics, invoices, and revenue data are clean, accurate, and ready for use.
What You'll Do
- Own onboarding for new customers across the East Coast (with some Europe/West Coast coverage).
- Configure integrations across CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot), GLs (QuickBooks/Xero), billing tools (Stripe/Maxio/Chargebee), and spreadsheets.
- Transform, validate, and ingest large historical datasets using the company's customizable ETL layer.
- Work daily in:
- Spreadsheets (heavy cleaning, transformation, validation)
- Internal JSON config files (data transformation rules)
- SQL (investigation and internal data checks)
- APIs/Postman (fetching and exploring external data sources)
- Optionally use Python/Colab notebooks for more complex transformations.
- Partner cross-functionally with founders and teammates to evolve Data Solutions processes, best practices, and tooling.
- Support peers on tricky data challenges and contribute to a high-autonomy, async-first culture.
