A fast-growing civil construction firm is seeking an
Estimator
to join its expanding team. The company specializes in large-scale
infrastructure projects
— highways, bridges, airports, railroads, and water systems that improve communities and drive progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze bid documents and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals.
• Perform detailed takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Research market trends, pricing, and competitive strategies.
• Maintain and apply historical cost and production data to support estimating accuracy.
• Participate in bid reviews and collaborate closely with senior estimators and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in
  Heavy Civil or Water infrastructure
  projects.
• Experience with
  projects $20M+
  in scope preferred.
• Proficiency with
  HCSS HeavyBid, BlueBeam, Agtek, Primavera P6,
  and
  Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
