Our product categories are concentrated around mechanical, heating, and plumbing products in mechanical rooms from schools to hospitals to industrial processes. We have offices at the Steamfitters Local 449 Training Center in Harmony, PA, as well as in the North Side of Pittsburgh. This position is primarily in person at the Harmony location, with occasional days at the North Side office, M-F 8am-5pm. We do offer scheduling flexibility.

Job Overview

We are hiring for a Customer Service associate to support our sales team's efforts. This is a position that provides significant growth opportunities for candidates interested in establishing a career in the HVAC and plumbing field. The position does not require any knowledge of HVAC or plumbing, but does require a willingness to learn. There are multiple levels of growth within the organization for a success-minded individual.

The Customer Service associate will work hand in hand with the Director of MRS to handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and emails. They will learn the manufacturer rep business from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Support the Director of Mechanical Room Solutions, as well as our other outside sales professionals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Process customer orders, and aid in billing and processing of payments.
• Manage projects, including estimating, delivery, submittals, and pricing requests.
