Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to generate new leads and expand the customer base
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities for expansion
- Develop and implement strategic plans for client engagement and retention
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management roles
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning techniques
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific market dynamics is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
