Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Hourly + commission

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing information about our pest control services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in phone-based sales, outgoing sales calls, a customer-focused attitude, and a drive to meet and exceed goals.

• Contact current customer base to cross sale additional services

• Answer inbound sales calls and provide excellent customer service

• Educate potential customers on our pest control services and solutions

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services

• Close sales and schedule service appointments

• Follow up with potential and existing customers to secure new business

• Accurately enter customer information and sales data into the system

• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Previous phone sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle objections and close deals

• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor

• Basic computer skills and experience with PestPac is a plus (not a requirement)

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
