Job Overview:

As a Field Canvasser at Leaf Home, you will be the face of the company in the community. Your primary

responsibility will be to go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners, share

information about our services, and schedule free, no-obligation estimates with our expert sales team. This

is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, connecting with people, and making

a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Door-to-Door Canvassing: Visit homes within your assigned neighborhoods to introduce Leaf

Home's services, answer questions, and generate interest in our products.

  • Engage Homeowners: Have meaningful conversations with homeowners to understand their needs

and explain how Leaf Home can improve their homes with high-quality products like gutter

protection, windows, and other home solutions.

  • Schedule Free Estimates: Set appointments for homeowners to receive a free estimate for our

services, which will be handed off to the sales team for follow-up.

  • Track and Report Activity: Accurately document interactions, including homeowner information and

scheduled appointments, in a provided CRM or tracking system.

  • Meet or Exceed Targets: Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly goals related to the number of

appointments set and leads generated.

  • Maintain Professionalism: Represent Leaf Home with a positive attitude and professionalism while

providing excellent customer service to all homeowners you interact with.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining services

clearly and persuasively.

  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to stay motivated, work independently, and meet performance targets.
  • Self-Starter: Must be proactive, organized, and able to handle a flexible schedule with minimal

supervision.

  • Reliability: Must be dependable and show up for scheduled shifts on time.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
  • Previous Experience (Preferred but not required): Experience in sales, canvassing, or customer

service is a plus but not necessary—training will be provided.
