Purpose:

The purpose of the Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator is to support the VP of Integrations and Logistics in managing our La Crosse warehouse and logistics operations. This role ensures that our logistics and warehousing services directly contribute to client success on mission-critical projects by safeguarding equipment, streamlining delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Fragile, High-Value Equipment
    : Support processes for receiving and safeguarding sensitive, multi-million-dollar equipment with precision, reflecting our commitment to integrity, trust, and accountability.
  • Operational Support
    : Assist in coordinating daily workflows — receiving, inventory tracking, quality checks, and delivery — ensuring efficiency and nimbleness. Collaborate with the VP of Integration & Logistics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Inventory & Delivery Coordination
    : Maintain accurate, transparent data within the Inventory Management System and client dashboard. Track and update delivery schedules with persistence, determination, and reliability.
  • Quality Assurance & Environmental Monitoring
    : Uphold QA protocols and help monitor environmental conditions that protect equipment integrity, demonstrating our disdain for mediocrity and commitment to excellence.
  • Client Communication Support
    : Prepare and share updates that reinforce honesty, transparency, and teamwork, ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
  • Risk & Compliance Support
    : Assist in documenting compliance processes, insurance requirements, and safety procedures to minimize risks, reflecting our value of solving problems head-on.
  • Team Collaboration
    : Contribute to a culture where we expect the best from each other, support one another through communication, and reward hard work in challenging, intense projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience
    : 3+ years in warehousing/logistics; 3+ years in management roles with expertise in datacenter electronics, QA/QC, and inventory systems; 2+ years handling sensitive/extremely expensive equipment.
  • Certifications
    : Either has or is willing to get CDL and Forklift licenses.

Skills
:

  • Proficient in inventory and environmental monitoring technology.
  • Strong client communication and project management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities; skilled in process improvement.
  • Leadership experience in high-performance team environments.

Benefits:

Salary range $57,000 - $67,000 commensurate with experience.
