We're bringing on entry-level CDL-A drivers to support our regional fleet based in Chicago, IL. This role is a strong fit for newer drivers who want to gain practical road experience while earning consistent weekly pay and running steady regional miles. With reliable freight and late-model equipment, you'll have the resources needed to grow your career with confidence.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $1,200–$1,300 weekly pay
• 2,500+ average miles per week
• Monthly performance and safety bonuses
• No-touch freight; primarily drop-and-hook
• Assigned 2023+ Freightliner Cascadias

Core Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate and compliant DOT logs and documentation
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license with a current DOT medical certification
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and hair-follicle drug screening
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years
• Stable, verifiable work history
