We want team members, not employees. We like to have fun at work and make money while doing it We love making the BEST pizza in Flagstaff, along with the delicious wings, salads and starters. We also offer 16 Craft Beers on tap with lots of options. An ideal team member enjoys talking to people, making pizzas, wings and such, and helping everyone out. We will schedule you when you want to work as long as we have everything covered Prior Pizza experience and restaurant experience preferred but we hire the person, not the resume.

As a Pizza Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. Your core skills in food service, cash handling, and restaurant experience will enable you to efficiently take orders and prepare delicious pizzas. With premium skills in food preparation and upselling, you will enhance customer satisfaction by promoting menu items. Additionally, your relevant skills in sanitation and kitchen experience will help maintain a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a smooth workflow.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant environment, specifically in pizza preparation and service
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the dining experience
• Proficient in using POS systems and cash handling
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and order accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
